About us:
- Apply effective communication strategies with colleagues and external referral sources to ensure all clinicians have access to the most up to date information regarding a client's immunisation status.
- Organise opportunities for Outreach Immunisation service utilisation through active collaboration with community organisations, Traditional Elders and family members
- Contribute to evaluation and monitoring of the Outreach Immunisation Program service through timely data collection, management and analysis including the maintenance of the outreach database, Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) and additional Queensland Health administrative tools.
- Support families whose children have received immunisation overseas to ensure immunisations are recorded in the Australian Immunisation Register and that these childrens' immunisation status aligns with Australian National Immunisation Program recommendations.
