Your new role:
The Clinical Nurse (CN) provides advanced clinical knowledge, expert planning, and coordination to manage clients with complex care needs within a specialized addiction service.
- Lead clinical care: Coordinate and deliver expert specialist nursing care for clients experiencing substance use disorders.
- Guide the team: Provide direct operational leadership, mentorship, and shift coordination in support of the Nurse Unit Manager.
- Uphold safety standards: Apply clinical governance and quality frameworks through audits, incident reporting, and risk mitigation.
About you:
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative nursing professional with a high level of autonomous practice and a passion for harm-minimisation healthcare.
- Advanced clinical thinker: Possesses high-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex, acute patient situations.
