As a Team Outcome Lead in the Value Realisation Office, you will play a key role in driving delivery across multiple initiatives within the Customer Technology Branch, supporting the modernisation of Queensland’s registration and licensing systems.

This is a dynamic role where you will lead team performance, coordinate across workstreams and remove delivery barriers to ensure outcomes are achieved. You will work closely with stakeholders to maintain momentum, manage risks and support a high-performing, collaborative environment.

About the Role
As the Team Outcome Lead within the Value Realisation Office, you will play a lead role in driving delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives, supporting system modernisation within the Customer Technology Branch. 

You will:
• Establish effective ways of working and support teams to deliver outcomes 
• Lead and coordinate across workstreams, ensuring alignment and momentum 
• Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed 
• Remove impediments and support continuous improvement across teams 
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering value while supporting a safe and collaborative working environment. 

This role requires a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex environments to deliver results.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
• Strong leadership and experience driving delivery in complex environments 
• Knowledge of agile or iterative delivery practices and the use of performance metrics (e.g. cycle time, throughput, DORA measures) 
• Ability to coordinate across teams, manage dependencies, and resolve delivery blockers 
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills 
• A focus on accountability, team performance, and maintaining delivery commitments.


Mandatory Requirements
