About the role
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails or other channels and provide comprehensive, contemporary advice to clients based on current HR policy and entitlements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support with processing MN wide HR transactions ensuring processing is timely and accurate and support the identification and implementation of service delivery quality improvements and procedural improvement interventions.
- Provide coaching and support to other team members and develop a highly compatible and supportive working team environment.
- Liaise with other team members in the Workplace Relations Team or the People and Culture Partners where appropriate to ensure advice and support are contextual and comprehensive.
