About the role
Provide workforce and administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, rostering, payroll, operational functions, and confidential executive support for Food Services leadership, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Create and maintain all rosters within the Patient Food service on a monthly basis for approximately 108 FTE over multiple positions
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of data via in IWFM/HR/Payroll systems, as applicable to maintain rosters and staffing requirements. Consult Food Services Coordinators regarding roster requirements and implement the rostering strategies in accordance with relative awards and policies
- Process any leave applications via IWFM to ensure accurate remuneration for staff
- Provide high level and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Assistant Director Food Services and Site Coordinator RBWH including secretarial function for relevant meetings, preparation and distribution of agendas and associated documents
