About your role

As a Clinical Nurse in the Transit Lounge, you'll provide advanced clinical leadership in a dynamic environment supporting patient admissions, discharges, day infusions and procedural care. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver advanced clinical care for patients receiving transit, infusion and procedural services.
• Coordinate patient flow to support timely admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Lead clinical decision-making and provide expert nursing guidance.
• Coordinate the Day Infusion Service alongside the administration team.
• Supervise, mentor and support nursing staff and students.

About you

You are an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership skills and a passion for delivering safe, efficient and compassionate care. 

You will bring:

• Experience coordinating complex patient care, admissions and discharges.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering or supporting infusion and procedural services.
• Ability to lead, mentor and support nursing staff and students.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
