About your role
As a Clinical Nurse in the Transit Lounge, you'll provide advanced clinical leadership in a dynamic environment supporting patient admissions, discharges, day infusions and procedural care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver advanced clinical care for patients receiving transit, infusion and procedural services.
- Coordinate patient flow to support timely admissions, transfers and discharges.
- Lead clinical decision-making and provide expert nursing guidance.
- Coordinate the Day Infusion Service alongside the administration team.
- Supervise, mentor and support nursing staff and students.
About you
You are an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership skills and a passion for delivering safe, efficient and compassionate care.
You will bring:
- Experience coordinating complex patient care, admissions and discharges.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering or supporting infusion and procedural services.
- Ability to lead, mentor and support nursing staff and students.
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
