  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)

You'll stand out if you have a Certificate III in Individual Support or experience in community or aged care settings.

Most importantly, you're passionate about helping others live well at home and committed to delivering care that reflects compassion, dignity and respect — making a genuine difference every day.
