This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees. In the meantime, the Core Agreement conditions apply to this position.

expert, credible advice and support to management, employees and the team on a wide range of complex and sensitive human resource matters, including but not limited to:
- General employment conditions and employee matters
- Recruitment
- Medical Case matters
- Performance management coaching
- Payroll issues
- Organisational change
- Job analysis; and
- Workforce planning
Your work extends beyond your immediate role, contributing to a more connected, accessible and inclusive Queensland. You will coach and mentor the broader HRBP team, sharing your technical guidance and enhancing professional development.
Suited for those who:
- Enjoy partnering, collaborating and communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis
- Have a high level of communication, consultation, negotiation and liaison skills
- Have excellent business writing skills
- Are self-managed and self-motivated, highly organised and have attention to detail
- Are able to prioritise efficiently, in line with client and team requirements and commitments
- Are skilled at research, analysis, and problem solving
- Thrive on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing with peers and stakeholders
