Your new role:
As the Nurse Unit Manager – Clinical Products Coordinator, you'll lead the strategic management of clinical products and equipment across Bayside Health Service. Working within the Clinical Resource Unit, you'll provide expert advice on procurement, product evaluation and equipment management, ensuring clinicians have access to safe, high-quality and cost-effective resources. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to influence service delivery, support innovation and drive continuous improvement across multiple healthcare sites.
- Lead the procurement and evaluation of clinical products and equipment.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, safety and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate clinical equipment trials and implementation projects.
- Manage clinical resource planning, budgets and operational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and safety standards.
About you:
You're an experienced nursing leader who combines strong clinical expertise with exceptional operational and procurement knowledge. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, leading change and finding innovative solutions that improve healthcare delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership within complex healthcare environments.
- Experience in clinical procurement or equipment management.
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement and clinical governance.
- Financial and resource management experience.

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
