Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the school's inclusion portfolio, driving a whole-school approach to inclusive education, wellbeing and student engagement.
- Develop teacher capability through coaching and feedback.
- Monitor and respond to student achievement and wellbeing data.
- Strengthen partnerships with families and community stakeholders.
- Support implementation of evidence-based pedagogical practices.
- Contribute to whole-school strategic planning and operational leadership.
