In the role of Systems Coordinator, you will support Project Managers in the delivery of RoadTek's Business Management Systems and operational initiatives. Acting as the local point of contact for safety, environment and quality matters, you will coordinate audits, provide systems advice, support project teams and help drive compliance and continuous improvement across operations. 

RoadTek is a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads. We provide transport infrastructure solutions for projects across Queensland.We are a multi-disciplined organisation with accreditation to national and international standards. To be successful in the role:
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role. 
• Applicants must possess a current, valid Queensland "C" class driver's licence or equivalent. 
• A reasonable amount of travel consistent with industry standards may be required throughout the operational unit and/or the State. You will be entitled to expenses and allowances for such travel. 

It is highly desirable for applicants to be certified, have equivalent qualifications/experience, or be able to obtain within 12 months: 
• Internal Auditing (Certificate in Internal Auditor Training, Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems and/or Auditing a Quality Management System).

You will use sound judgement to support governance, risk management and business continuity outcomes, while mentoring others, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
