Join the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office and help deliver one of Queensland's largest transport infrastructure programs. As an AO5 Advisor (Procurement), you will support the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Project by managing end-to-end procurement activities, providing expert procurement advice, and contributing to the successful delivery of major rail infrastructure works.
Working with diverse stakeholders, you will coordinate procurement processes, prepare documentation and reports, drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with Queensland Procurement Policy.

Are you an experienced procurement professional looking to contribute to one of Queensland's most significant transport infrastructure programs?
The Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office (RIDO) is seeking a motivated Advisor (Procurement) to support the delivery of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) Project—a transformational initiative that will increase rail capacity, improve reliability and support South East Queensland's future growth ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
As part of the project procurement team, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end procurement activities and providing high-quality procurement advice across a complex infrastructure environment. Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors, you will help ensure procurement outcomes are achieved in accordance with Queensland Government policies, frameworks and best practice principles.

In this role, you will:
• Support and coordinate end-to-end procurement activities across the project.
• Provide timely, professional and strategic procurement advice to stakeholders, clients and suppliers.
• Prepare procurement documentation, reports, reconciliations, briefs and performance updates.
• Develop expertise in TMR source-to-pay systems, including Fieldglass.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement outcomes.
• Support and mentor Contract Administrators in day-to-day procurement activities.
• Ensure procurement practices align with the Queensland Procurement Policy and departmental requirements.
