About the Role
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key attributes against our values. Within the context of the ‘How you will contribute to CHQ' described above, the ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- High level knowledge of, or an ability to acquire knowledge of, financial legislative frameworks and standards, including payment and revenue collection policies and cash handling.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, work within a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated sound computer skills for Microsoft Office applications, and experience (or demonstrated ability to acquire) in the use of computerised accounts receivable, general ledger and patient information systems including HBCIS, S/4HANA and MediRecords.
- Demonstrate a customer service focus using strong communication and negotiation skills to understand customers' needs and to deliver a service that meets these needs, including effectively dealing with demanding situations.
- Ability to participate in a working environment supporting Human Resource Management practices including Workplace Health & Safety, Anti-Discrimination and Ethical Behaviour and Equal Employment Opportunity; and the knowledge of, or an ability to acquire knowledge of procedures, policies and regulations which impact upon the position.
