The Strategy and Planning Team provides leadership and coordination of planning, service development, and strategic initiatives across the health service. The team supports evidence-based decision-making through clinical service planning, operational and strategic planning, integrated service planning, and environmental sustainability initiatives, ensuring services are responsive to community needs, aligned with organisational priorities, and positioned to meet future healthcare demands.

About your opportunity:
In this role you will....
- Support the Executive Director Strategy, Planning and Infrastructure (EDSPI) and Director Strategy and Planning (DSP) to drive the operational implementation of the CHHHS Integrated Planning Framework including operational, strategic and clinical service planning.
- Ensure the timely identification, escalation and management of clinical and business issues that are identified through the planning process.
- Support identification, refinement and monitoring of meaningful measures, milestones and benefits to track delivery of strategic, operational and service planning priorities.
- Develop and maintain effective professional and strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency with the HHS's and Government's strategic direction in the development of integrated planning initiatives.
