What you'll be doing
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Coordinate, assist and provide advice and support for the successful delivery of WMH divisional priorities, projects and sub-projects, while ensuring deadlines are achieved within agreed timeframes.
- Design and develop reports and present data utilising a range of information management solutions to enable benchmarking and performance monitoring.
- Identify user needs and work with staff to update and amend the suite of reports and datasets as practices evolve.
What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated high level ability to source, analyse, interpret and present clinical data from multiple systems to support and enhance service delivery, quality improvement and decision-making.
- Demonstrated organisation skills and ability to organise with a high level of independence and to act innovatively, resourcefully and meet deadlines and commitments possessing a logical proactive approach to achieve strategic goals.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to effectively interact with all levels of staff from diverse backgrounds, members of the public and private sector using tact, diplomacy and discretion.
