The purpose of the Senior Advisor (Supplier Management & Performance) is to provide services to both internal and external partners to ensure program delivery is enabled. This includes administrative management of supplier prequalification systems for managing applications, assessment processes and decisions made by the Prequalification Committee, and provide effective and reliable advice to projects and initiatives on prequalification matters. You will also provide advice to external suppliers and assistance to the Manager (Industry Relations) in the provision of secretariat services for the Industry Engagement function.

We are seeking a Senior Advisor (Supplier Management & Performance) to join our team based in Brisbane for a temporary opportunity, commencing ASAP until 31 December 2026.

Requirements of the role:

• Ability to analyse supplier performance data to proactively form evidence-based recommendations.
• Ability to successfully form positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates a friendly and engaging interpersonal style. Works collaboratively with others.
• Demonstrates sound governance through management of business systems and information.
• Experience in preparing executive correspondence and briefing materials.
• Knowledge of the civil construction industry or similar would be an advantage.
