What your day could look like

As a Senior Supply Officer (Theatre), you'll help ensure supplies are available when and where they're needed, supporting efficient surgical services and quality patient care. Working closely with clinical and supply teams, you'll contribute to reliable, responsive operations every day.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Maintaining the availability of theatre supplies to support uninterrupted care.
  • Working with clinicians and stakeholders to resolve supply issues and improve service delivery.
  • Monitoring inventory and replenishment processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supporting continuous improvement and effective supply practices across theatre services.

You know that reliable supply operations have a direct impact on patient care, and you enjoy making a difference through practical problem-solving and teamwork.

  • Experience in supply, inventory, logistics or materials management.
  • Confidence using inventory management systems and digital tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on service and continuous improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have qualifications in supply or logistics and/or experience in a healthcare or complex operational environment.

Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage while helping deliver dependable services that support excellent patient care.
