About the role
We are looking for two Games Support Officers to assist with the delivery of daily activities across the Games Coordination, Legacy, and Policy teams. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the success of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, a historic milestone for both Queensland and Australia.
In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of daily activities by offering practical, timely, and well-structured support across various coordination, engagement, and reporting tasks. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and the accurate exchange of information.
About You
You are a highly organised and proactive individual with experience in project support and/or administration, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to complex programs of work within a collaborative team setting. You take ownership of tasks, driving them to completion while ensuring they are prioritised and deadlines are consistently met. Your background includes building and maintaining strong relationships, enabling you to effectively coordinate work, address routine issues, and support seamless service delivery. Additionally, you have a solid ability to interpret policies and procedures, applying them accurately to guide decision-making and actions.
