About the role:

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and support effective day-to-day business operations.
  • Build positive working relationships by communicating with staff, external agencies, community groups and private organisations.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, flexibility and the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, efficiency and operational effectiveness.

About you:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the tact, diplomacy and discretion to engage professionally with staff, consumers and the public.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and adapt to changing operational demands while working independently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, using initiative to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and resolve issues effectively.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all administrative tasks.
  • Well-developed computer skills, with experience using a range of Microsoft Office applications, databases and other PC-based systems.

What we offer:

  • An hourly rate between $49.97 - $55.57 p.h. (Including 25% casual loading)
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
