Your new role:
As an Administration Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy community mental health service. You'll provide high-quality administrative, reception and customer service support, helping clinicians deliver safe, efficient and person-centred care to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional reception, administration and customer service support to clinicians, consumers and visitors.
- Maintain accurate records, manage correspondence and process data across Queensland Health systems.
- Coordinate daily administrative activities including clinics, appointments, reporting and records management.
- Build positive relationships with consumers, families and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.
About you:
You're an organised and customer-focused administration professional who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality support services.
Skills & Experience
- Experience providing administration and reception support in a busy office or healthcare environment.
- Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and the ability to learn multiple information systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality.
