Your opportunity:
- The role of the Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator is to coordinate activities related to all aspects of injury management and rehabilitation and return to work of injured workers. The Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator provides an essential service to Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service by acting as the main point of contact within the workplace for all rehabilitation and return to work matters.
- This role will contribute to greatly simplifying the rehabilitation process for injured/ill workers and will:
- Provide advisory services to managers, staff and injured workers.
- Coordinate a consistent and proactive approach to the rehabilitation of injured
- In practical terms, this role will contribute to improved outcomes for injured/ill workers including minimising time spent away from work, expediting recovery, decreasing the social and financial impacts of injury and minimising the impact of workplace injury on work teams.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $134,984 p.a., comprising salary between $108,735 - $118,307 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
