Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $157,579 to $164,519 p.a. (NG8)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
The Nurse Practitioner Prison Health Service, within credentialed scope of practice, provides nursing leadership, clinical governance, case management and complex clinical care and support for patients within the correctional environment. The majority of health care provided to patients in the custodial setting is based within a model of primary health care and predominantly relates to the management of chronic disease, infectious disease, alcohol and drug addiction, mental health services and the provision of acute care as required.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (AHPRA).
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted, including Queensland Corrective Services Criminal History Checks.
