Food and Beverage Assistant Operations Manager

Join our Food & Beverage team and help deliver exceptional hospitality across the Gallery's outlets, activations, and catered events.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage outlets, leading and developing front-of-house teams, and ensuring outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain high service standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

This role operates across a 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends, primarily Wednesday to Sunday.

Previous hospitality leadership experience is essential, a current RMLV and Approved Managers License is advantageous.

Salary: $83,553.60 per annum, plus superannuation.

Skills & Mandatory Requirements

  • Previous hospitality leadership experience is essential, a current RMLV and Approved Managers License is advantageous.
  • To be eligible for appointment to this position, you must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment.
