We want you to be a part of a team that is making a difference by finding innovative solutions to business challenges. Our team manages the full application lifecycle for the department’s workflow platforms (Dynamics 365 and Appian).
We have a group of solution analysists, enabling discovery and design of our systems. We manage the department’s content management platform (Matrix) and quality assure the work that is delivered through our test team. We are growing in the Power platform and SharePoint space to meet ever growing business demand, enabling business teams to access new technologies and find new efficiency.

As Manager your responsibilities will be to:
• Establish and oversee effective application lifecycle management.
• Effective management and assessment of business demand.
• Provide strategic advice, direction and proactive education to internal staff.
• Build, maintain and nurture internal business partnerships.
• Lead DSDIP's capability to deliver consistently high-quality Business Applications, including developing and implementing standards, policies, guidelines and procedures for development of new solutions.
• Contract and vendor management.
• Effective planning and management of project work-packages and coordination of resources (i.e. internal and vendor) to ensure stakeholder expectations and timeframes are met.
• Provide technical knowledge and guidance on current and emerging business application and digital product technologies as well as solution implementation, risks and operational challenges.
• Foster a work environment and team/s that values performance, improvement, innovation and outcomes.
• Bring a broad understanding of trending government and industry practices and development standards with regard to Business Applications.
