About the Role:

As an Administrative Officer, you will:

  • Provide reception and administrative support to staff, students, parents and visitors.
  • Manage school records, enrolments, correspondence, appointments and general administration.
  • Support financial processes, including receipting, banking, invoices, orders and record keeping.
  • Maintain accurate information using departmental systems, including OneSchool.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, reports, newsletters, calendars and other school communications.
  • Support school operations by coordinating maintenance requests, facility bookings and administrative processes.
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, staff and community members while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

About you:

You are an organised and proactive administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills.

You thrive in a busy environment, enjoy working as part of a team and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in administration, finance or school-based administration will be highly regarded.
