TMR is an organisation which offers professional development, a variety of interesting work state-wide, a safe, healthy and secure workplace and flexible work and lifestyle options.

As Principal Advisor (Road Safety Systems), you will play a key role in shaping the future of road safety technology in Queensland by leading the delivery of secure, compliant and reliable digital solutions that support the Camera Detected Offence Program (CDOP) and other road safety initiatives. Working within the Safety Technology Systems team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical specialists, project teams and delivery partners to define product vision and priorities, translate business needs into actionable system requirements, and deliver innovative technology solutions. You will apply Agile and Lean practices, manage risk, support the modernisation of legacy platforms, and help ensure strategic initiatives are successfully transitioned into sustainable business-as-usual operations. This is an exciting opportunity to influence technology outcomes that improve road user safety and reduce harm on Queensland roads.

Mandatory requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role. Furthermore, a Queensland Police Service security check will be undertaken after appointment to the role.
