About the Team
The Division of Surgery and Perioperative Services (DoSPS) is committed to the delivery of safe, high quality, efficient and family focused care for children requiring tertiary and quaternary level surgical / procedural intervention.
The DoSPS is the statewide referral centre for complex surgical patients who require the input of multiple paediatric specialists. Services are provided 24 hours a day at CSCF level 6 for children and young people from birth to 16 years of age (and up to 18 years for some established Paediatric patients).
About the Role
In this role you will create systems to sustain high quality delivery for children, young people and families (Leader of Leaders) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values.
You'll fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award - State 2015 - Generic Level Statements (GLS) Nurse Grade 12 and the Queensland Health and Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQHHS) commitments and values, in achievement of the organisational goals and Domains of Practice.
