About Your Role
As our Patient Travel and Finance Support Officer, you'll provide high-quality administrative and financial support that helps patients access essential healthcare services while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
In this role you will:
- Assist patients to access the Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme (PTSS)
- Assess and process PTSS applications in line with Queensland guidelines
- Maintain accurate financial and patient information across multiple systems
- Process invoices, journals and master data within SAP S4HANA
- Coordinate fleet vehicle bookings, repairs and utilisation
- Support financial reporting and administrative activities
About You
You are an organised and customer-focused administration professional who enjoys supporting people while working with financial and business systems.
You'll also bring:
- Experience in administration, finance or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new systems including SAP S4HANA and Queensland Health applications
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
