The Clinical Nurse - Wound Care position provides specialised wound management services to patients across Cooktown and surrounding communities. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment and care planning tailored to individual patient needs. This role also supports education, clinical leadership and quality improvement activities to enhance wound care outcomes across the service.
