This exciting leadership opportunity will see you shape strategic direction, drive program performance and influence the successful delivery of critical transport infrastructure across the region.
Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will provide expert advice, strengthen governance practices and lead the continuous improvement of program and project management systems.

In this role you will:
• Monitor and report on program and project performance, identify savings opportunities and recommend corrective actions to optimise delivery outcomes.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of program and project management systems, methodologies, processes and reporting standards.
• Undertake project reviews and audits to ensure compliance, consistency and effective governance across program delivery.
• Provide high-level strategic advice to senior leaders to support QTRIP development and alignment with government and departmental priorities.
• Coordinate the District Program Board and support informed decision-making, planning and program governance.
• Build strong relationships and influence outcomes through technical expertise, collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Mandatory Requirements
• Current ‘C' class driver's licence
• Ability to undergo a criminal history check
• Demonstrated knowledge of human resource practices and frameworks.
