About the role

As the Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator, you'll coordinate rehabilitation and return to work programs for employees recovering from work-related and non-work-related injuries or illness. You'll partner with managers, employees, healthcare providers and key stakeholders to deliver timely, supportive and effective return to work outcomes while ensuring compliance with Queensland Health policies and legislation.

Your work will play a vital role in creating a safe, healthy and supportive workplace, helping employees recover with confidence while strengthening the Torres and Cape workforce.
