Playing a vital role within the Public Health Unit, the Health Worker Advanced – RHD works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, primary healthcare providers and specialist services to improve health outcomes for individuals, families and communities affected by Acute Rheumatic Fever (ARF) and Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD), through surveillance, education, care coordination, health promotion and community engagement, while supporting local needs and addressing barriers such as low health literacy, poor engagement and ongoing health inequities.

• Base salary comprising between $77, 342.00 - $106,358.00 per annum – you may be eligible for additional benefits – refer to Workplace benefits | Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service
