✨ About the School:

The New State Special School at Logan Reserve is a modern, purpose-built school committed to providing high-quality, inclusive education for students with disability, co-located with the New Secondary School, Logan Reserve. You will play an important role in establishing a safe, welcoming and well-maintained learning environment that supports every student's learning, wellbeing and belonging from the school's very first day.

🎯 About the Role:

Reporting to the Business Manager and working collaboratively across the co-located campus, you will support the upkeep, presentation, and functionality of school grounds and facilities.

Your work will ensure that staff, students, and the community experience a clean, safe, and engaging environment every day.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain school grounds, including gardens, outdoor areas, and general landscaping
  • Support the care, maintenance, and minor repairs of school facilities and equipment
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-presented environment across the campus
  • Assist with setup and pack-down for school activities and events
  • Identify and report maintenance needs and safety concerns

Progressional roles show a salary range spanning two classifications. Appointment will be made at the level appropriate to skill and fulfilment of required criteria.
