Your new role:

Support the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Primary Care Partnerships Unit by delivering high-level confidential administrative, secretariat and office management services. From coordinating meetings and recruitment activities to managing diaries, communications and business operations, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the team organised, connected and focused on improving healthcare outcomes.

About you:

You are a highly organised and proactive administration professional who thrives in a busy healthcare environment, providing trusted support, managing competing priorities and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience providing high-level confidential administrative and executive support, including diary management and correspondence.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain accurate records.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport, manage enquiries and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work autonomously while exercising sound judgement and initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn Queensland Health systems and processes.

Primary Care Partnerships Unit (PCPU) is a patient-centred multidisciplinary service focused on improving access to timely, coordinated care through strong partnerships between primary and secondary healthcare providers. Supporting outpatient care management, referral pathways, scheduling, reporting and service improvement initiatives, PCPU works collaboratively across Metro South Health to enhance patient access and healthcare delivery.
