Townsville Community Health Service provides a range of coordinated services across the Townsville University Hospital catchment, supporting patients in the community through post-acute care, hospital avoidance programs, short-term goal-oriented interventions, group-based therapy programs, and service coordination. Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Base salary range: $4368.80 to $4678.10 p.f. (f/t)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
- Flexible working arrangements may be available
About your opportunity
In this role you will provide direct nursing care, clinical support, education and guidance to patients and nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based and patient-centred care. You will support a range of services including central intake, post-acute care and hospital avoidance programs, while assisting with care planning, general clinic duties, wound management, and the coordination of care to achieve positive patient outcomes.
