We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our school community as Principal. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary and collaborative leader who is committed to achieving outstanding learning outcomes for every student. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong capacity to inspire and lead a culture of excellence, equity, and continuous improvement, while fostering positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community. This is a temporary full-time position until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Provide strategic leadership by developing and championing a shared vision for high-quality learning, setting high expectations, and planning for future-focused school improvement.
• Lead with integrity and equity by upholding ethical, values-based leadership and embedding socially just and inclusive practices across all aspects of school life.
• Foster a culture of excellence by promoting high standards for student achievement, staff performance, and continuous professional learning.
• Build strong partnerships by collaborating effectively with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and business to enhance educational outcomes.
