About your role:
- You are an experienced and confident Clinical Nurse with advanced clinical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, deliver exceptional person-centred care, and build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams.
- With a commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and clinical excellence, you champion safe, evidence-based practice and uphold the values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Integrity. You'll also play a key role in supporting staff development, maintaining clinical governance, and ensuring compliance with NSQHS standards and workplace safety requirements.
- Apply contemporary human resource management principles to ensure that the unit working environment meets legislative standards and CHHHS policies and procedures
