Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Midwife in Australia.
- Strong clinical capability and a commitment to safe, woman-centred care.
- Ability to build respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, families and communities.
- Collaborative communication skills and confidence working across diverse teams and settings.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in continuity of care or caseload midwifery and/or postgraduate qualifications relevant to maternity services.
