As an Operational Services Officer - Transport Driver, you'll help people stay connected to the healthcare services they need. By providing safe, reliable transport and building positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, you'll contribute to better experiences and outcomes across the community.

- Building respectful, positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Coordinating transport bookings and information to keep services running smoothly.

You're a reliable and caring professional who takes pride in helping others. You communicate with respect, adapt to changing priorities, and understand the importance of delivering a positive experience for every person you support. You enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and are motivated by making a meaningful difference in your community.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current C Class Driver Licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and work well within a team.
- Commitment to culturally safe and respectful service delivery.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in community, healthcare, transport, or support services, and/or experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
