Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Empowering people to achieve their recovery goals through tailored assessment, support and care planning.
  • Building strong connections with families, carers and service partners to create seamless and coordinated support networks.
  • Championing best-practice approaches that enhance consumer experiences and improve service outcomes.
  • Sharing your knowledge, insights and ideas to support continuous improvement and team development.

Let's talk about you!

You're someone who leads with compassion and sees the person behind the circumstances. You bring sound professional judgement, a collaborative approach and the confidence to navigate complex situations with integrity and care. The impact you make isn't measured only by the services you provide, but by the trust you build, the hope you inspire and the progress you help people achieve. You're motivated by purposeful work and take pride in helping individuals and families move forward with dignity and confidence.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification and eligibility for, or membership with, the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams and community networks.
  • A proactive, organised and adaptable approach, with a commitment to ongoing professional growth.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in mental health, community-based services, quality improvement initiatives and/or mentoring, education or supervision experience.

Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage, helping create brighter futures for the people and communities who rely on us.
