What your day could look like
As an Allied Health Rural Inter-Professional Clinical Educator, you'll play a key role in developing a capable, confident and connected rural workforce. From supporting new graduates to leading education initiatives and service improvements, you'll work with allied health teams across rural locations to enhance patient care and workforce sustainability. Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Designing and delivering education programs that build capability and confidence in early-career allied health professionals
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting clinicians and supervisors to strengthen learning and professional growth
- Leading workforce development and quality improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment, retention and service outcomes
- Partnering with stakeholders across disciplines to create innovative and sustainable learning

You enjoy bringing people together, sharing knowledge and creating opportunities that help clinicians grow in confidence and capability. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Registration, membership or eligibility within a recognised allied health profession and relevant professional body
- Experience delivering clinical education, supervision and workforce development initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- A proven ability to lead improvement activities and apply evidence-based practice to achieve outcomes
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural or generalist allied health practice and/or previous involvement in rural workforce development programs.
