Home Care Worker (Identified) | Cooktown

Temporary Full-Time with an immediate start up to 27 June 2027 (with the possibility of extension).

About the role

Working alongside the Community Care Program Coordinator, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care that helps people remain safe, independent, and connected within their own homes. As a Home Care Worker, you'll build trusted relationships with clients while delivering practical support that enhances their wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life across the Cooktown community.
