As Principal HR Business Partner, you'll become an integral part of our collaborative business partnering team. Your role involves coaching, educating, and providing valuable insights to managers and business support officers. You'll be the go-to expert for a wide spectrum of HR, employee, and workplace relations issues, encompassing performance management, grievance resolution, policy implementation, and the intricate web of legislative frameworks.

Our business partnering team, while small, is a powerhouse of knowledge and passion. Reporting to the Manager, HR Business Partnering, we're united by our dedication to supporting and elevating one another. This shared purpose ensures that we provide the best possible services and advice, contributing to the growth and positive change within DoJ.
