Your new role:
As the Director, Strategic Programs, you will provide strategic leadership to deliver Metro South Health's Clinical Network Program and other high-profile initiatives that transform healthcare delivery.
- Lead the planning, implementation and governance of complex, organisation-wide strategic programs and Clinical Network initiatives.
- Provide high-level strategic advice to executives and represent Metro South Health in statewide forums and partnerships.
- Drive integrated models of care through collaboration with clinical leaders, executives and external stakeholders.
- Use data, evaluation and innovation to deliver sustainable improvements in patient outcomes, service performance and system capability.
About you:
You are an accomplished strategic leader who excels at driving complex programs, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering meaningful organisational change.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale strategic programs within complex healthcare or public sector environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-making.
- Strong analytical capability, using data and evidence to guide strategy, performance and continuous improvement.
- Proven expertise in organisational transformation, governance and change management to deliver sustainable outcomes.
