Your new role:

As the Director, Strategic Programs, you will provide strategic leadership for Metro South Health's Clinical Network Program, driving organisation-wide reform and innovative models of care.

  • Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of high-value strategic programs that improve access, equity and patient outcomes.
  • Provide authoritative advice to executives on clinical network strategies, system reform and emerging healthcare priorities.
  • Build strong partnerships with clinicians, executives, primary care, community organisations and consumers to deliver integrated models of care.
  • Drive implementation science, clinical redesign, evaluation and governance to achieve sustainable organisational improvement.

About you:

You are a strategic healthcare leader with a passion for driving innovation, collaboration and system-wide change.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading complex healthcare reform, service redesign and strategic programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across executive, clinical and external partners.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale initiatives while delivering measurable organisational outcomes.
  • Strong experience in implementation science, evaluation and continuous improvement to support sustainable healthcare transformation.
