As the Multidisciplinary Senior Scientist, you'll apply your advanced scientific knowledge and leadership skills to deliver high-quality pathology services while supporting the Supervising Scientist with the day-to-day management of the laboratory. You'll mentor staff, drive quality outcomes, and help ensure the delivery of safe, timely, and reliable diagnostic services across multiple pathology disciplines.

Key competencies (role specific criteria)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated ability to apply advanced scientific judgement in all areas pertaining to a multidisciplinary pathology laboratory, including (but not limited to): Biochemistry, Haematology, Microbiology,
- Demonstrated clinical leadership ability and contribution to the professional development of
