About the role:

  • Provide safe, high-quality, evidence-based nursing care within your scope of practice.
  • Work alongside Registered Nurses and a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
  • Empower residents and their families through education, communication and shared decision-making.

Promote resident safety by identifying risks, escalating concerns and contributing to continuous improvement.

  • Put best-practice care into action, helping residents live with dignity, comfort and the highest possible quality of life.

About you:

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Strong clinical skills and confidence delivering evidence-based care within your scope of practice.
  • A collaborative attitude and a passion for working as part of a supportive team.
  • Professionalism, integrity and a commitment to Queensland Health's values and Code of Conduct.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $91,066 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $37.92 - $40.25 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
