Temp Senior Advisor (Project Control - Information Management)

The Wave is a generational infrastructure project that will revolutionise travel on and around the Sunshine Coast, creating a seamless public transport network that will help to shape the region and unlock new housing and economic opportunities. The Wave includes passenger heavy rail from Beerwah to Birtinya, connecting with a metro-style service to allow journeys to the Sunshine Coast Airport via Mountain Creek and Maroochydore CBD.
The Wave (Rail) branch will deliver Stages 1 and 2 of The Wave. Stage 1 includes a new rail line from Beerwah to Caloundra. With $5.5 billion committed towards Stage 1 delivery, design and pre-construction activities are underway and major construction is proposed to start in 2027, subject to approvals. In March 2025, the Queensland Government committed to Stage 2, extending the rail line from
Caloundra to Birtinya.

The Opportunity
In the role of Senior Advisor (Project Control - Information Management), you will be responsible for information and document control activities and processes from a governance perspective, ensuring the project's packages of work follow TMR standards for technical and program documentation.
As the key point of contact for document control for a package of work, this role is critical in ensuring the integrity, traceability, and accessibility of all project documentation across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
You will model behaviours and attitudes aligned with TMR's values and contribute to a positive team culture, meeting of team and personal accountability expectations, and modelling the standards of professional behaviour.
