Our Cardiac Rehabilitation and Heart Failure team delivers specialist outpatient care through multidisciplinary clinics, education sessions, and fun, supportive rehabilitation and gym programs. Every day, we help patients build confidence, improve their heart health, and get back to living life to the fullest.
About the role:
- Step into a rewarding leadership role where you'll guide and support your fellow nurses while delivering outstanding patient care.
- Take the lead in clinical decision-making, coordinating high-quality care for patients with confidence and compassion.
- Work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to lead the team, coordinate shifts, and create a positive, supportive workplace.
- Champion safe, evidence-based care by maintaining high clinical standards and contributing to a culture of excellence.
About you:
- Current AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse ready to take the next exciting step in your career!
- A relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus (but not essential!) – or you're keen to complete one and continue growing your expertise.
- Thrive in complex clinical environments and confidently assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate exceptional patient care.
- Natural leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting others while leading by example with confidence and integrity.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $111,401 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $57.48 - $61.55 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
