We're excited to welcome an Administration Coordinator to our Medical Directorate Team.
This position operationally and professionally manages, supervises, coordinates and supports administrative staff working within the Medical Directorate across a range of settings and supports performance, workforce planning and efficient and consistent service delivery in clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of workforce management strategies and initiatives to facilitate the effective utilisation of human resources.
- Supervise and manage administration staff responsible to this position including preparation of rosters, recruitment and selection, management of workloads, performance appraisal, development, training and development to ensure duties and targets are completed efficiently and within timeframes. Backfill emergent leave when required.
- Action data quality/management reports when required and within the required time frames.
Remuneration value up to $117 603 p.a., comprising salary between $93 556 - $103 074 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4).
